Our association
Repair Together is a social non-profit whose aim is to pool the resources needed to create, develop and maintain "Repair Cafés" in Belgium, Brussels and Wallonia.
Our association supports these local initiatives, which mobilize for the sustainable use of resources, and raises wider awareness of repair issues through a variety of actions.
The association was created in the spring of 2013, in the wake of the opening of the very first Belgian Repair Café in Ixelles in 2012. Our country was then the first to export the concept, initially launched in the Netherlands in 2009.
Today, the network counts almost 200 active Repair Cafés and continues to expand its activities around raising awareness of repair for all.
The full range of actions undertaken by our association and the projects in which it is proud to participate. Repair Together promotes repair by supporting french-speaking Repair Cafés in Wallonia and Brussels, offering repair-related activities and providing access to the necessary tools and knowledge through the Repair Lab and Repair Café Mobile!
Repair Together is a social and solidarity-based association that helps and supports local initiatives that promote the sustainable use of resources. Its aim is to share the resources needed to create, develop and maintain "Repair Cafés" in Belgium, Brussels and Wallonia.
