Our past projects
Find out more about the projects Repair Together has been involved in!
Via 10 activities around the circular economy (visit to an exhibition on eco-design, a bread oven, a FabLab, the Petits Riens sorting center, a metal recycler or BELEXPO, organization of a bike repair workshop and finally an in-class Repair Café) the Ecol'nomie Circulaire trail raised awareness in 2 primary 5 classes at the Nos Enfants school in Forest. This pilot program, subsidized by Innoviris via Science Mundi III, took place during the 2018-19 year and aimed to raise young people's awareness of concepts such as reuse, reemployment, repair and recycling through these various activities.
The Sharepair project brought together 17 partners in North-West Europe between 2020 and 2023. Among other things, it developed a network of “Repair Cities”, a 3D printing method for repairs, prototypes of urban repair centers, Repair Maps and a Guidance Tool. What's more, during the COVID crisis, it put citizens and repairers in touch via “Repair Connect”, so that they could continue repairing, even if they were confined! Repair Together has been active in Wallonia (and Brussels), providing on-the-ground communication through the Repair Café Mobile; community building; training volunteers and writing tutorials; identifying repair players, etc.
